LeadBlitz is an AI-powered lead generation platform designed for web designers and digital agencies. The platform operates on a credit-based system, allowing users to search for business leads, score websites using AI, generate professional audit reports, and conduct outreach campaigns.
By accessing or using LeadBlitz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Features, tools, and services offered through LeadBlitz may change, be updated, or be discontinued at any time as we continue to develop and improve the platform.
Credits expire at the end of each billing period. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
All credit purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account, or refunded under any circumstances.
Any promotional or bonus credits are provided at our discretion and may be revoked at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any price changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing credits, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
If a payment fails, your access to premium features may be suspended until the payment issue is resolved. We are not responsible for any disruption caused by failed payments.
You agree to use LeadBlitz only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
LeadBlitz maintains a zero-tolerance policy for spam. Any user found to be sending unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or engaging in abusive outreach practices will have their account terminated immediately without refund.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of LeadBlitz, including any outreach campaigns, complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

We reserve the right to monitor usage of the platform for compliance with these terms. We may cooperate with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies where required or appropriate.
LeadBlitz, including its design, code, features, branding, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by SH Applications Limited. All rights are reserved.
You retain ownership of any data you upload to the platform (such as CSV files and contact lists). By uploading data, you grant SH Applications Limited a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Audit reports and AI-generated content produced through LeadBlitz are provided for your internal business use only. You may share reports with prospective clients as part of your sales process.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about LeadBlitz, you grant SH Applications Limited a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the platform without any obligation to you.
Data provided through LeadBlitz, including business information and website scores, is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or up to date. You should independently verify any information before relying on it for business decisions.
AI-generated content, including website analysis and outreach suggestions, may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated output before use.

We are not liable for any outages, errors, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party services. Each third-party service is governed by its own terms and conditions.
LeadBlitz is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SH Applications Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of LeadBlitz shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SH Applications Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at sh@shapplications.com. We will endeavour to resolve disputes within 30 days of receipt.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform.
All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only. You agree not to bring or participate in any class, collective, or representative action against SH Applications Limited.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days’ notice via email or in-app notification before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of LeadBlitz at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
